HANG AROUND - To stay in a place with no purpose.
She likes to hang around with her friends at the mall.

COME OUT - To be published
My favorite band's new album comes out this week.

WALK OUT ON - To abandon, leave behind.
I can't understand why a parent would walk out on his/her children.

BE OUT TO - To be able to
I'm out to do anything to fulfill my dreams.
